Through a global lens, students examine how AI can influence elections and how it differs from earlier technologies. They apply their knowledge by analyzing materials from a mock school election and identifying where and how AI was utilized. Finally, students assess legislative efforts related to AI in elections, discussing the positive and negative effects of regulating AI in this context.
