Phil has been with RAISE and MIT since 2021, where he supports Dean Breazeal in her roles as Dean for Digital Learning at MIT Open Learning and Director of both RAISE and the Personal Robots group at the MIT Media Lab. Previously, Phil had over a decade worth of work in political communication, serving in roles on the city, state, and national level from the City of Boston to the White House.
