Isabella is a PhD student in the Prof. Cynthia Breazeal's Personal Robots Group at the MIT Media Lab. Her research investigates how social robots and AI can be used in playful, engaging, creative, and educational interactions, focusing on children in grades K-5. Her goal is to make learning fun for kids with these powerful technologies. Through her work, she has designed, developed, and implemented a number of new robot and AI systems, interactions, curricula, and workshops with K-12 students.

Isabella received her B.S.E. in Computer Science and certificate in Robotics & Intelligent Systems from Princeton University in 2023 and her M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT in 2025.
